Q: Can I return or exchange my products? 
A: Used products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase returns within 14 postmarked days of the purchase date will be honored. 

Q: Do you offer overnight or express shipping?
A: Unfortunately, we currently do not. All orders are currently shipped via ground services. 

Q: My shipment was damaged. 
A: Contact us at customercare@sydroandco.com and will arrange for a replacement or refund  

Q: My address is incorrect on my order! What should I do?
A: If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at customercare@sydroandco.com  so we can adjust it before shipping out your order!

Q: What type of wax are the products made of?
A: 100% soy wax is used in our products 

Q: How are massage candles different from regular candles?
A: Massage candles are a blend of all skin-safe oils, cosmetics butters, and wax that can be used on the skin when in an oil stage to nourish the skin.  

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we do not offer international shipping
